Carnaby Rise Primary is a local intake school which means that all compulsory aged children who live in the intake area are guaranteed enrolment. On occasion we are able to accept applications for enrolment for students living outside the local intake area, but this is dependent upon room being available within our current class structure. Please refer to the local intake area map below to see if you live within the intake area:
To enrol at Carnaby Rise Primary you will need to complete an Application for Enrolment. An information pack will be provided at the time of enrolment. See below for Kindy and Preprimary Application forms.
It is a requirement for the school to sight and photocopy the original of the following documents:
· Birth Certificate
(please note we do not accept the immunisation card from the doctors)
· Proof of residency: Council Rates Notice for 2019 and the latest electricity account;
Rent/lease documents relevant for 2019 plus the latest electricity account (private lease arrangements will require additional supporting documentation).
Mail addressed to PO Boxes will not be accepted
In 2013, Pre-Primary became compulsory and for the first time all children are guaranteed places in their local schools.

If your child is currently enrolled in Kindergarten or Pre-Primary you will need to re-enrol them for 2020 for their next year of schooling.
